By buying from our store you agree to our Terms of Service stated below.

 ❤ Bear Bone Shop is not responsible for any items lost stolen in transit. Refunds and the resending of items may be considered on a case by case basis but are NOT guaranteed. 

 ❤ The buyer is responsible for any accumulated fees such as customs or duty fees per your location's regulations. Please be aware of what your country's regulations are before ordering from us. 

 ❤ If an order is returned to us we may resend it or refund the buyer if they no longer want the items. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

 ❤ If your items are damaged or not to your satisfaction for any reason please email [email protected] and describe your issue and include attached images.
